VitaStik is a health and wellness lifestyle company and we recommend our products for those interested in leading a holistic life.  However, certain holistic products may effect different people in different ways.  You should not use VitaStik diffusers if you are concerned about a potential adverse reaction.

Statements found on our sites, media or marketing materials have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.  VitaStik products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.  Always consult a physician if you are unsure about taking new health based products.  Do not use VitaStik products if you are under 18, if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any serious known health issues.

Scientific studies cited may not be fully conclusive and may have limitations.  Referenced studies will not necessarily determine your experience with a supplement since there are many unaccounted variables, which fall outside the scope of the studies.  Any Reviews contained on our sites, or marketing are the opinions of verified (non-paid) customers and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of Team VitaStik.  These reviews should not be taken as fact or recommendation, and are only opinions of that particular customer.  VitaStik makes no warranty, implied or expressed, to the accuracy of information provided by third party reviews, or found on sites or marketing materials, including those managed by us, or our 1000's of global third party distributors. ​​

Please note that while each of the main ingredients in VitaStik devices may have been shown to have certain independent effects when used alone, the final product containing all the ingredients has not been tested outside of our actual customer base, and no specific claims are made for the combination of ingredients in any individual VitaStik Diffuser.

Any references to scientific literature is intended to provide background information on the subject of essential oil, vitamin and wellness herbs, on health benefits only, and no specific health claim regarding any VitaStik blend should be inferred.

No claims are made about the effectiveness of VitaStik products or how they may or may not effect any individual person.  Aromatherapy products may effect different people in different ways.

• We do not endorse any claims made by third parties in reviews, comments or testimonials, here on our website or on any other social media platforms.  
• We do not claim our products to cure, or prevent any diseases.  
• We also recommend all customers consult their personal physicians before using our products to discuss their current health status, and to see if our products are right for you.
• No Breathing related issues have been reported since launching in 2014, however if you develop any oral, nasal, or respiratory irritations “of any sort”, you should discontinue using our products immediately. 
• Our products should not be used by those with respiratory illnesses or chronic pulmonary conditions.
• No Allergies have been reported by customers when using VitaStik, but we encourage you to read the list of ingredients to ensure that you do not have a known sensitivity to any of them.  If you are allergic to, intolerant of, or think you are allergic to or intolerant of any of the ingredients we ask you to not use them. 
• Since 2014, there have been 4 reports of a customer getting a “momentary light headed sensation” after using our product.  In this case we recommend customers discontinue use, or we recommend you to try our Diffusers using one of the other methods of use, such as the Blow Through Method.  If you insist on using the product, we recommend to be certain you are following the instructions;  only taking short, shallow breaths, for only 3 seconds.  Do not take heavy, deep and long breathes, which are commonly associated with “momentary light headedness.”  Our products are not vapes and should be used in a similar manner.   
• If any health related concerns, allergies or issues arise during or near the time of using our products, we recommend you seek medical care and to discontinue use.  We also request that you please send us an email info@vitastik.com with the exact details of your concern so that we may log it.  
• You may see some reviews from verified customers here on our site or on social media claiming VitaStik helped them quit smoking or vaping.  Please note, VitaStik is not an approved cessation device.  It is unknown if VitaStik will help you quit smoking or vaping.  We do not claim it can cure your smoking habit. 
• We are cautious about recommending our Diffusers to “former past smokers”, as we don’t know if the use of a device like this will increase the urge to return to smoking.    
• The National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy recommends avoiding essential oils during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, as certain oils, in non-diluted forms, may have adverse effects.  While VitaStik has small ratios in highly-diluted amounts, we always recommend caution with pregnancies.  You can learn more by visiting NAHA.
• We recommend customers keep these devices out of the reach of children and pets.  There are small silicon caps that can cause a choking risk. 
• VitaStik diffusers are not intended for individuals under 18 or under the legal age in your location.  If our products are age-restricted in your state or country of residence, you must certify that you are of legal age to make this purchase.        

AGREEMENTS

VitaStik, LLC’s liability to you shall not exceed the amount of money you spent on acquiring VitaStik products and shall, furthermore, not include any liability for any indirect loss, loss of profit, injury or other damages. Any suit brought against VitaStik, based upon information on this website or based upon claims of damages from VitaStik products shall be brought in Las Vegas, Nevada and shall be governed under the laws of the region.

You accept that, VitaStik as a private entity, has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees.  You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against VitaStik officers, employees, agents or independent contractors in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website or its products.

Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect VitaStik officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and sub-contractors as well as VitaStik.
