If your country is not listed under the Green above, then we recommend using DHL for shipping.  It is more expensive but it is 100% accurate with 3-4 day shipping time worldwide. 

Our Vitamin Stick is a Vitamin & Essential Oil Diffuser Stick.  Some countries do not know how to classify our VitaStick.  Some counties allow Vitamin and Supplements to be imported, while others do not.  Some allow Essential Oils to be imported, while others do not.  Some counties view VitaStik as a product restricted under FDA, while other do not.  VitaStik is not an Electronic Cigarette, nor does it contain nicotine or tobacco, but some countries may view it as an electronic cigarette or vaporizer because of the way it looks. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS :

Some countries may charge a "small import duty tax".  While this is rare, it is your responsibility to pay this.  It is important to give us a good email address and phone number with your order so that your local customs and post office can contact you about your package.  We do not refund orders if your local customs holds, or seizes your package.  We will work with them to get it back.  If we can get it back, then we will refund your order, minus shipping and handling costs. 

VitaStik Thailand :

Shipping direct to Thailand is a problem, half the packages get stuck in customs.  If you have another address outside of Thailand or a shipping service which will forward a package to you, then use that address for your order instead of your Thailand direct address.  If customs holds your package, we will not refund.
